keep elbow tucked at push away to keep good ball rev this will help carry 10 &7 pins
I have came back to bowling after a 6 or 7 year layoff.I purchased a Freeze,as for the money they seem to be a very good ball.I have four other balls I use.I use my Lane@1 poly ball for spares.I'm working on getting the Freeze to work but it's not getting justified as after being off for so long my entire game really sucks.I drilled the Freeze with the pin between the two finger holes for a late break.I can use either a 4 or 5 step delivery, but I think my timing is so bad it wouldn't matter if I used 6 steps.I use a Robbies revs wrist suupport,or a pro release.I started to turn my hand out a little bit on my back swing, and that seemed to help a bit,My ball speed is down a little,so maybe I'll hold the ball higher and hope for better results.A 190-200 ave bowler going to a trainwreck at the line is crushing my ego!I use 15 lbs. balls, and I don't think that is the problem.I'm 66 now and maybe I just can't get back to where I once was.Any help or tips will be very much appreciated.I'm a stroker, and I struggle the more inside I play. The ball is hooking too much, and I'm sure I've got a out to inside swing...pulling the ball...I really need some help!

What a wonderful blog-D & G Phone Strap buy, I could (and most likely will) spend hours scrolling through it all.
